This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Duck Duck Game Truck reserves the right to charge the Guest credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage done by the guests.

Pictures: It's considerate of Duck Duck Game Truck to notify guests of their photography policy and seek consent before using images for promotional purposes. By allowing the Game Coach to take pictures both inside and outside the gaming truck during the party, they're able to capture memorable moments for potential sharing on social media or their website. However, they also respect the privacy preferences of their clients by offering the option to opt out of having pictures taken or posted. This demonstrates a commitment to respecting guests' wishes and ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved.
